Team collaboration is essential for the success of each project at OfficeScapes. OfficeScapes’ unique company culture, values, and structure provide unique challenges to team collaboration. OfficeScapes determined it was valuable for them to address the lack of internal communication consistency with the expectation of increasing the overall benefit to the company.

Data-driven Recommendations
Based on the research findings, I provided OfficeScapes with a summary of findings report that provided detailed recommendations. The data-driven recommendations focused on eliminating communication inconsistencies through a targeted and strategic communication flow.
